We’re pleased to announce our return to London for the third edition of the ICEF Monitor Global Summit, this time taking place in Central London (Victoria). Conveniently scheduled for the Monday immediately following the EAIE Conference in Glasgow, the summit brings together leading voices from across the international education community to identify, explore, and address the complex challenges shaping the sector today. With its inclusive and interactive approach, the summit encourages peer-to-peer learning, with attendees showcasing examples of best practice from around the world. It is an opportunity to consider a diverse range of perspectives as well as to connect and collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the industry.

A practical introduction to Outdoor Education as a teaching methodology, rather than a subject. This nature-based workshop is a practical introduction to Outdoor Education as a teaching methodology rather than a subject. Participants will explore how outdoor environments can be used to enhance learning, wellbeing, development and connection through purposeful, hands-on experiences. Participants will enjoy a fully outdoor course focused on sensory, experiential and educational activities that bring learning to life. We will discover how risk, play, exploration, and curiosity can be powerful tools for engagement and development in any setting, while connecting to a wide range of broader themes such as curriculum, sustainability, biodiversity, and wellbeing. This workshop is suitable for teachers, youth workers, volunteers, industry professionals, educators, and anyone interested in learning about Outdoor Education (and Outdoor Learning). Participants should expect to be outdoors for the full course duration, and take part in lots of hands-on activities that support place-based education and experiential learning. This is the first stage in our Outdoor Education training pathway and leads to further certified training workshops by Field Studies Ireland, including: Leading ‘Outdoor Education/Learning’ Leading ‘Education for Sustainability’ Leading ‘Nature Wellbeing’

Artificial intelligence is accelerating change across higher education, challenging established assumptions about teaching, assessment, expertise, and the value of a university education. As new models of learning emerge, what should the university of the future look like? Who will shape it, who will benefit from it, and what role should universities play in preparing people for a rapidly changing world? This panel will explore how institutions can respond to technological transformation while preserving their educational mission and public purpose.

Developing an inspirational EYFS team is for Headteachers and Senior Leaders who are involved in supporting and developing the EYFS within school. The day will explore the inspiration, awe and wonder that an incredible EYFS environment can create for our young children at the start of their education journey. This will be considered through:   reflection on the implementation of the EYFS Framework considering the positives and challenges you have faced practical ideas of how to develop and evolve your EYFS curriculum, whilst considering the whole school curriculum effective ways of monitoring standards and progress throughout EYFS understanding how to meet the requirements of the EYFS Framework and unpicking the EYFSP to know what you should expect devaluate current EYFS provision and develop next steps develop your vision for EYFS and identify next steps for next academic year   The day will ensure you leave filled with the magic that learning in the EYFS can create; putting your children and their stages of development at the heart of your EYFS curriculum.   Delegates are advised to bring along any parts of the SEF and SDP that relates to EYFS, or separate EYFS development plans, which feed into the Whole School Development Plan.   Food and refreshments included. Inclusion Beyond SEND is a one-day conference exploring AT, AI, skills and the future of access to learning . Taking place at the University of Surrey, Guildford , on Thursday 17th September 2026 , the event brings together education, SEND, assistive technology, inclusive AI, curriculum, careers, widening participation and future pathways. The central question for the day is: How do we design access, confidence and independence into learning from the start, rather than adding support later?
